I am in the Red Castle, I am drowning. Red Brick upon red brick, water rises by these levels.
Abandoned and dusty, this castle surrenders to the silence as no one is listening. No one but the crabs as they rise up with song, drink another one they cry.

Look over there, a maiden by the church, exiting through the gate. Someone help her, but no one is listening, here's a fair lady to beg for, but no one listens, so just drink another drink.

4 years long the flood reigns, take me and this stain with it. The last king and these before lay now under levels of water, no longer solitude or honour, no longer remembered, so stop listening, and drink another drink.

4 years on and still the wait moves on, how much longer. Before this castle and this memory is gone. They're impatient, they're drowning in the red castle, and they all scream and they all want their crabs. So drink another drink, the crowd moves on.
